Cash Explosion Spring Cleaning Promotion Terms and Conditions

TO ENTER:

Commencing March 7, 2025, holders of a valid $1, $2 or $5 Cash Explosion ENTRY ticket may register their ticket in MyLotto Rewards for a chance to participate in a 12-week promotion ending on May 30, 2025.  Valid Entry tickets entered during the promotional periods will be eligible for a weekly drawing where every week one (1) player will win a $10,000 cash prize and (2) players will win a $5,000 cash prize and (2) players will win a $2500 cash prize. In addition, during the final (8) weeks of the promotional period, one (1) player will also get the chance to be selected as a contestant for a special Cash Explosion Live Show where the top prize will be $250.000. The Cash Explosion LIVE Show will be recorded at the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

The drawings will take place weekly on FRIDAY per the schedule below.

To be eligible, Entry tickets must be entered online each week through MyLotto Rewards®, mobile application, between Friday at 12:00 a.m. and Thursday at 11:59 p.m. for that week’s drawing.

Existing MyLotto Rewards account holders can log in and enter eligible tickets.

New participants must set up a MyLotto Rewards account to start the ENTRY submission process. By successfully transmitting a valid entry ticket, with the appropriate ticket information as directed, each ticket will be automatically entered into the Promotion.

All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, the Ohio Lottery Commission's (hereinafter, "the Lottery") Privacy Policy.

The Lottery, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and/or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Promotion. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

INTERNET CONDUCT AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Any attempt by a user, participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Lottery reserves the right to seek damages from any such person or persons as permitted by law.

Neither the Lottery, any of the Released Parties (as defined herein), nor any of its employees, commissioners, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are responsible for illegible, late, lost, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion.

Neither the Lottery, any of the Released Parties, nor any of its employees, commissioners, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion, which may include without limitation, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, the website or any combination thereof; theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the website; any injury or damage to the participants or to any other person's computer(s) or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion, or downloading materials from or use of the website.

RANDOM DRAWING:

Beginning March 14, 2025 through May 30, 2025 the potential prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received in each weekly entry period. In the Drawing, one (1) prize winner of $10,000, (2) prize winners of $5,000 and (2) prize winners of $2500 will be selected. Additionally, (1) prize winner will be selected as a contestant to appear on a Cash Explosion Live Show that will be recorded on June 14 at the Covelli Center.  Two (2) alternate prize winners will also be selected. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of this Promotion.

If your Entry ticket is selected, you will be notified via email/phone call through the information in your MyLotto Rewards account. After the initial contact is attempted, winner’s information will be posted on the Winners page. Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within FIVE (5) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.

Prizes

Selected winners will be awarded:

• A ten thousand dollar ($10,000) cash prize -OR-
• A five thousand dollar ($5,000) cash prize –OR-
• A two thousand five hundred dollar ($2500) cash prize –OR-
• A contestant spot on the Cash Explosion Live Show

GENERAL RULES:

All prize details, including without limitation, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of MyLotto Rewards. Employees, officers or directors of the Lottery, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, or any blood relative or spouse of such an employee, officer or director, living as a member in such employee, officer or director's household, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Void where prohibited by law.

Federal, State and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable prize winners. MyLotto Rewards®, or Promotion Vendor will provide IRS Form 1099s to each applicable winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Lottery and their agencies to use the prize winner's name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each prize winner agrees to hold the Lottery, including its directors, officers, employees and agents, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. The Lottery makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaims any implied warranty. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

All materials submitted become the property of the Lottery and will not be returned. Prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The Lottery is responsible for supplying the prize(s) awarded, and will provide each winner with a tax form, if applicable. used by the Lottery are available for review. These Rules may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the Executive Director of the Lottery.
