Users will receive one (1) entry into the promotion once four eligible tickets have been submitted.

How do I earn an entry?

To earn an entry into the promotion, a user must submit four non-winning INVADERS FROM THE PLANET MOOLAH^TM tickets to complete the 'bundle.' For example, to earn one (1) entry, a user must submit four (4) eligible tickets. To earn two (2) entries, a user needs to submit eight (8) eligible tickets, and so forth.

What is the promotional period?

The promotional period runs from Tuesday, January 14, 2025 @12:00:00 a.m. through Monday, February 24, 2025 @11:59:59 p.m.

When is the deadline to enter my tickets?

All tickets must be entered by Monday, February 24, 2025 @11:59:59 p.m. to be eligible for this promotion.

When are the drawings going to be held, and what are the prizes for the promotion?

There will be one (1) drawing at the end of the promotion.

Can I enter the drawing more than one time?

Yes. Users will earn one (1) entry into the drawing for each bundle they complete. For example, to earn one (1) entry, a user must submit four (4) eligible tickets. To earn two (2) entries, a user needs to submit eight (8) eligible tickets, and so forth.

How do I track my bundle progress for the drawing?

Go to the My Account page in the app or website and click on Drawing Entries. There, you'll see four game tiles that indicate how many tickets you need to enter to complete the bundle. As an eligible ticket is entered, a game tile will turn from gray to color. Once a bundle of four (4) is completed, you will automatically earn an entry, and the tracker will reset.

How can I see the number of entries I submitted into a drawing?

Go to the My Account page and click on the Drawing Entries page. You'll find all the details for each drawing you've entered, including drawing name, date entered and number of entries.

Will I still earn points for each ticket entered?

Yes, you will earn the standard points for each eligible ticket: five points for each non-winning $5 INVADERS FROM THE PLANET MOOLAH^TM ticket entered.

If I exceed the monthly point cap limit, can I still enter the promotion?

Yes, even if you go over the point cap, your ticket will still automatically count towards the progress required to complete a bundle, and you will be awarded 5 points for each eligible ticket.

Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into the drawings?

Yes. You are not required to retain your tickets once you have verified that your entry has been submitted.

Can I mail in my entries?

No, tickets must be entered through the Ohio Lottery Mobile application.

How do I enter my tickets?

For Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off tickets, remove the entire latex from the front of the ticket. The barcode will be located near the bottom of the ticket. Use the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application to scan the barcode and enter it into MyLotto Rewards^®.

I don't have a mobile device to download the Ohio Lottery Mobile App. How do I enter tickets?

Ask a family member or friend to use their device. If you do not have access to a mobile device, please visit one of our 9 Regional offices or our Downtown office to use a shared device with the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application. Here is where our offices are located: Ohio Lottery Regional Offices.

The scanner on my phone isn't recognizing the barcode. How do I enter my ticket?

The scanner is sensitive to light. Try to move the ticket into a lighter room. Also, place the ticket on a flat surface, rather than holding it in your hand, to avoid movement or shaking of the image. If the barcode is smudged, damaged or otherwise illegible, it could affect the registration of the scan. If that is the case, please visit one of our 9 Regional offices or Downtown office to use a shared device to enter your ticket(s).

Questions about Winners

How will I be notified if I win the prize?

If your entry is selected, you will be contacted via the information in your MyLotto Rewards^® account. After the initial contact is attempted, winners' information will be posted on the Winners page. Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within fifteen (15) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.

Questions about Your MyLotto Rewards^® Account

Can I use my MyLotto Rewards account to log in for this promotion?

Yes, you can use your MyLotto Rewards account for this promotion if you've completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Your login will work across the Ohio Lottery site and mobile app, but tickets must be entered through the Ohio Lottery Mobile app.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?

Click the "I forgot my password" link on the log-in page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log in to your MyLotto Rewards account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.

How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?

Click on My Account and select the My Profile option in the menu bar on the left to make your changes.

TO ENTER:

From Tuesday, January 14, 2025 @12:00:00 a.m. through Monday, February 24, 2025 @11:59:59 p.m. (the “Promotional Period”), enter a non-winning INVADERS FROM THE PLANET MOOLAH^TM ticket.

Users will receive one (1) entry into the promotion once four eligible tickets have been submitted.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:

Registered MyLotto Rewards^® users who scan and enter four (4) INVADERS FROM THE PLANET MOOLAH^TM tickets will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Entrants may only win one (1) prize per drawing. There will be 200 total winners in this promotion.

The drawing will take place on (or around) the following date: 03/05/2025.

Tickets must be entered through the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application by the time frames defined above, for a participant to be eligible for the promotion.

Existing MyLotto Rewards^® account holders can log in through the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application and enter the appropriate information. New participants must set up a MyLotto Rewards^® account on the website or the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application to start the registration process.

All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, the Ohio Lottery Commission’s (hereinafter, “the Lottery”) Privacy Policy, which is currently accessible at: www.ohiolottery.com/about/about-the-ohio-lottery/legal/privacy-policy. The Lottery, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and/or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Promotion. RANDOM DRAWING AND RESULTS:

The actual drawing date will be determined by MyLotto Rewards personnel, and the final, verified drawing results will be posted to the website within 15 business days of the actual drawings. The prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of this Promotion.

GENERAL RULES:

All prize details, including without limitation, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of MyLotto Rewards. Employees, officers or directors of the Lottery, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, or any blood relative or spouse of such an employee, officer or director, living as a member in such employee, officer or director’s household, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Void where prohibited by law. MyLotto Rewards will provide IRS Form 1099s to each applicable winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply for grand prizes.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Lottery and their agencies to use the prize winner’s name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each prize winner agrees to hold the Lottery, including its directors, officers, employees and agents, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. All materials submitted become the property of the Lottery and will not be returned. Prizes are nontransferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The prizes must be accepted by the winner in full. The Lottery is responsible for supplying the prize(s) awarded, and will provide each winner with a tax form, if applicable.

The INVADERS FROM THE PLANET MOOLAH^TM Second Chance Promotion Rules and Drawing Procedures used by the Lottery are available for review. These Rules may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the Executive Director of the Lottery.
