ELIGIBILITY: The Win Crowd (“Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Participants”). One entry per email address is allowed per draw period. The Ohio Lottery Commission (“Sponsor”), Marcus Thomas LLC (“Administrator”), Facebook (Meta), their employees, successors, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, “Releasees”), and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households as each of these individuals, whether related or not, of the above are not eligible to enter or win.

SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of this Giveaway is the Ohio Lottery Commission, 615 W. Superior Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. The Administrator of this Giveaway is Marcus Thomas LLC, 4781 Richmond Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44128.

GIVEAWAY TIMING/DESCRIPTION: Timing for the Giveaway is as follows for each period (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period or that do not adhere to the Giveaway rules (“Rules”) will be disqualified.

The Giveaway begins at 12 a.m. EST on March 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on June 08, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). There is one (1) prize available to be awarded in each of the three (3) random drawings, three (3) prizes total.

PRIZES: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected and awarded a $250 gift card and a $250 book of Scratch-Offs ($500 value). All prizes must be shipped to an Ohio mailing address. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein. All taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated within these Official Rules as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must go to ohiolottery.com/wincrowd
• Participants must upload a video or photo and submit their information to the page.
• Entries will be accepted through the landing page entry process, not on any social post itself.
• Submissions must be relevant to the giveaway. Participants may enter one submission during each draw period; duplicate entries will not be permitted.
  • Only submissions that are deemed relevant and appropriate to the page and Ohio Lottery website by the Sponsor will be included in the drawing.
  • If a submission is rejected by the Sponsor, the entrant will receive an email with a reasoning and is allowed to resubmit.
  • Submissions must be free of sensitive information and inappropriate content/language. Submissions must be truthful, and any submitted images should be owned by the entrant.
• Entries received outside of the Entry Period or that do not adhere to the Rules will be disqualified.

The Administrator will manage the entries, conduct the drawing and distribute the prizes.

DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: During the giveaway period, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all entries received during each draw period.

The potential winners will be contacted by an Administrator representative by email to coordinate prize acceptance/fulfillment. The potential winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, federal and state tax release, and, where legal, a publicity release. The potential winners will have 72 hours to respond upon the notification of their win. Once contact information is received, the potential winner will have five (5) days to return the completed paperwork. A potential winner’s noncompliance with these deadlines or other aspects of these Official Rules, or the Sponsor’s inability either to contact a potential winner or to deliver the prize or prize notification to a potential winner within a reasonable time period, will result in such potential winner being disqualified. At Sponsor’s and Administrator’s sole discretion, each prize may be awarded to one (1) other potential alternate winner or may be left unawarded. Potential alternate winner will be subject to the same rules as original selection. Allow at least four (4) weeks for delivery of prizes following completion of winner verification process.

SPONSOR'S DECISIONS FINAL AND BINDING: The results of the Giveaway, all decisions by the Sponsor, its agents or judges related to whether an entry complies with the Official Rules, and the interpretation by Sponsor or its agents of these Official Rules, are final and binding on all entrants and other participants as to all aspects of this Giveaway.

ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator and their employees, which are final and binding. By entering the Giveaway or accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state), image, likeness, photograph, voice and all other material submitted with the entry, and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or party designated by the Sponsor, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to, the internet, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. By entering you irrevocably release and hold harmless Releasees from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of a prize, or from Sponsor or Sponsor’s designees’ use of a winner’s image, likeness, photograph, voice or biographical material. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Giveaway. Entrants agree that they have full legal right to submit all information, images and other materials submitted as part of the entry.

GENERAL: Sponsor will collect information from the entrants solely for the purpose of the Giveaway, to conduct the random drawing, and to notify the potential winner. In accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, the Sponsor will not share this information with any third party, except as necessary to promote the Giveaway, to administer the Giveaway or to notify a potential winner, as applicable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Giveaway at any time without notice for any reason, including if in the opinion of the Sponsor, its agents or judges there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or nonelectronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway; or if a virus, worms, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity, and proper play or submission of entries of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, void any entries it suspects are at issue and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation (or earlier date determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if cancellation occurs after the close of the Giveaway period). Sponsor may at its sole discretion void any entries that it considers to be in bad taste. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Giveaway in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Giveaway (and void all associated entries). By entering, you also acknowledge that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook).

DISPUTES: By submitting an entry, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Ohio; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering a Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees or expenses; and (c) entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Ohio.

WINNER'S NAMES: For the name of the winners, available after Monday, June 23, 2025, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by no later than Monday, June 30, 2025, to Marcus Thomas LLC, 4781 Richmond Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44128.
