How to Cash by Proprietor

Sports Gaming winning tickets may be cashed following the instructions below.
Sports Gaming prizes will have taxes withheld if they are over $600 and are 300x the bet.
Sports Gaming tickets must be cashed within 180 days after the last event of the ticket.
Sports Gaming prizes may be collected as soon as all events on the tickets have settled.
Sports Gaming prizes may be redeemed through the Ohio Lottery mobile application (If offered by the proprietor). For more information on Mobile Cashing, click here.
Sports Gaming claim forms for each proprietor can be found below. Copies are also available at Lottery regional offices or via each proprietor’s website.

Winning tickets of $600 or less can be redeemed at any Intralot Sports Bet Ohio host location
Any Intralot Sports Bet Ohio winning ticket may be mailed directly to the Ohio Lottery Central office or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Offices for payment to be sent via mail.
All Intralot Sports Bet Ohio winning tickets over $600 MUST be mailed directly to the Ohio Lottery Central office or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Offices for payment to be sent via mail.

Winning tickets of $600 or less can be redeemed at the host location of purchase, or any BetIGG location.
Winning tickets that are not taxable can be redeemed through the Ohio Lottery mobile app, or via the Super Retailer application at one of the Lottery Regional Offices.
Any BetIGG winning ticket may be mailed directly to BetIGG (address on the back of the bet ticket) or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Office to be sent via mail.

All non-reportable prize amounts can be redeemed at any one of the Gold Rush host location redemption terminals.
Winning tickets that are not taxable may be redeemed through the Ohio Lottery mobile app.
