Sportsbook Vendor Information
House Bill 29 authorized the Ohio Casino Control Commission to license one or more (no more than 20) type C sports gaming proprietors to operate lottery sports gaming in Ohio. Once licensed, the Ohio Lottery Commission is required to contract with all licensed type C gaming proprietors.
Each sportsbook will offer their own full-service solution to individual host locations. There are Lottery regulations and guidelines all sportsbooks must follow; however, each sportsbook will be able to offer their own unique terminal equipment, prize payment capabilities, and field service support among other things.
At this time there are currently two (2) sportsbooks that have been licensed and are actively selling sports gaming in Ohio.

Please Note: Host locations reserve the right to limit or refuse any wager. Patrons must be 21 or older to place a wager. A participant may not wager more than $700 dollars in one transaction, and no more than $700 per week. Winning tickets are valid for 180 days after the date of the event.

How to Place a Wager
- Wagers can be placed using cash or winning ticket vouchers at any UBETOhio self-service kiosk or select point-of-sale terminals.
How to Cash a Winning Ticket:
- Winning tickets of $600 or less can be redeemed at the host location of purchase or any UBETOhio location.
- Any UBETOhio winning ticket can either be mailed directly to UBetOhio (address on the back of the bet ticket) or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Offices to be sent via mail.
- All UBETOhio winning tickets over $600 MUST either be mailed directly to UBetOhio (address on the back of the bet ticket) or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Offices to be sent via mail.
Age Verification:
- Digital ID scan at self-service kiosk prior to play; ID check for cashing.

How to Cash a Winning Ticket:
- Winning tickets of $600 or less can be redeemed at any Intralot Sports Bet Ohio host location.
- Any Intralot Sports Bet Ohio winning ticket may be mailed directly to the Ohio Lottery Central office or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Offices for payment to be sent via mail.
- All Intralot Sports Bet Ohio winning tickets over $600 MUST be mailed directly to the Ohio. Lottery Central office or dropped off at one of the Lottery Regional Offices for payment to be sent via mail.
