License Renewals & Updates

The Ohio Lottery now requires that retailer license renewals and business updates be completed online. If you have already registered or have an existing MyLotto Rewards^® or eApplication account then you may simply click Sign In above.

Registering for an account is required in order to access the Lottery's electronic licensing system. To register please click the Create Your Account button above.

Pay My Bill

The Ohio Lottery now recommends that retailers use the payment system to submit payments online. If you have already registered or have an existing MyLotto Rewards^® or eApplication account then you may simply click Sign In above.

Then from this screen, you will be able to pay past due invoices or make deposits for the Lottery Deposit Program. Payment histories will be available for a rolling two (2) year period. You may use either a checking or savings account with this service to make a payment. Credit and debit cards are not being accepted at this time.
