Toledo, OH – Congratulations to Ridi’s #46 in Toledo, this week’s Ohio Lottery Retailer-of-the-Week.  

Ridi’s #46 has been an Ohio Lottery retailer since December of 1983 and manager Timothy Cashen said he’d describe the business as busy, repetitive and sophisticated. 

“Staff have a great work ethic,” he said. “They know the ‘regular customers’ by name and my team also have great communication & patience.” 

Cashen said the store has a dedicated lottery area, including a jackpot sign in the window and a current point of sale machine in plain view for players. 

They also like to promote new scratch-offs and let players know of any second chance promotions online. 

“Staff remember the games the player likes to play,” he said. “They joke around with the customers and greet all customers when they walk in. The store is located not too far from the water and gets especially busy in the summer months.” 

Lottery sales representative Dave Reny recommended this retailer for their professionalism. 

“They work hard at keeping lottery filled and keep lottery space clean,” he said. “They are always nice and helpful to the lottery players. The overall sales have gone up from 2023.”
