NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF AMENDED AND NO CHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES.

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt amended and no change administrative rules in proposed form. A public hearing will be conducted on March 5, 2025, at the Frank J. Lausche building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 at 9:00 A.M, in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person’s attorney, or both; may present the person’s position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment, or revision, if adopted or effectuated will be unreasonable or unlawful.

Amended Rules:

The Amended Rules to be considered for adoption in proposed form, are Ohio Lottery Administrative Rules: 3770-4-10, 3770:1-2-04, 3770:1-2-05, 3770:1-6-02, 3770:1-6-05, 3770:1-8-07, 3770:1-9-250, and 3770:1-9-947.
These amended rules are related to records and audits, inspection of sales agent premises, actions by the director, licensing decisions, play of lottery games by the public, prize drawings, pay vouchers, and Ohio Lottery games of Mega Millions® and EZ-Play®.

No change rules:

The Rules to be considered for no change in proposed form are Ohio Lottery Administrative Rules:
3770-4-04, 3770-4-05, and 3770:1-9-23.

These no change rules are related to sales by director, sales representatives, and Ohio Lottery Game Rolling Cash 5®.
