Questions about the PAC-MAN® Second-Chance Promotion


Which tickets are eligible for the PAC-MAN® Second-Chance Promotion?
  • Beginning May 12, 2021, any non-winning Ohio Lottery PAC-MAN® Scratch-Off.
  • Beginning May 16, 2021, any PAC-MAN® EZPLAY ticket that displays a PAC-MAN® entry logo.
How many entries will I receive per Scratch-Off or EZPLAY ticket?

Registered MLR users will receive one (1) entry for each $2 dollar spent into the promotion for each qualified ticket. Example: $2 ticket will receive 1 entry. Registered MLR users will have the opportunity to play the interactive PAC-MAN® game after they have entered an eligible PAC-MAN® Scratch-Off or PAC-MAN® EZPLAY ticket. All users who play the interactive PAC-MAN® game will be entered into a weekly drawing for a book of $2 PAC-MAN® Scratch-Off tickets.

What is the promotional period?

The promotional period runs Wednesday, May 12 through Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m.

When is the deadline to enter my ticket(s)?

All tickets must be entered by Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m to be eligible for this promotion.

When will the PAC-MAN® Second-Chance Promotion drawing results be available?

The drawing will take place on, or around August 11, 2021.

Am I responsible for any taxes on these prizes?

Federal and state taxes will be paid for the grand prize winner. MyLotto Rewards® will provide IRS Form 1099s to each applicable winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Can I enter the drawing more than one time?

Registered MyLotto Rewards® users will receive one (1) entry into the promotion for each qualified ticket. There is no limit to the number of non-winning tickets a user can enter. You may only win one of the prizes in the PAC-MAN Second Chance Promotion. If you win a weekly PAC-MAN interactive game prize, you are still eligible to win a PAC-MAN Second Chance Promotion Prize.

How do I enter the PAC-MAN® Interactive Game Weekly drawing?

You can only enter the weekly drawing by submitting your tickets through the website and clicking on the link to play the PAC-MAN® interactive game. You may enter into the weekly PAC-MAN® Interactive Game more than once. Mobile App submissions will be entered into the PAC-MAN® Second Chance Promotion but will not be able to play the interactive game and be entered into the weekly drawings.

Which ticket number do I use to enter?

For Scratch-Off tickets, the entry code is the 23-digit Ticket Number. 13 digits are located on the back of the ticket and the last 10 digits are located under the playfield on the front of the ticket. Ignore any spaces or dashes.

For EZPlay tickets, the entry code is the 35-digit Ticket Number located on the front of the ticket above the barcode. Ignore any spaces or dashes.

How can I see the number of entries I submitted into a drawing?

Go to My Account page and click on the Drawing Entries page. You'll find all the details for each drawing you've entered, including drawing name, date entered and number of entries.

Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into the drawings?

Yes, you are not required to retain your tickets once you have verified that your entry has been submitted.

Can I mail in my entries?

No, only internet entries are allowed.

I do not have access to a computer. How can I enter my tickets?

You can log into your registered account from a public computer at your local library. Just remember to log out after you are finished using a public computer. If you have a smartphone, you can enter via the browser on the phone.

Questions about Winners


How will I be notified if I win the prize?

If your entry is selected, you will be contacted via the information in your MyLotto Rewards® account. After the initial contact is attempted, winner’s information will be posted on the Winners page. Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within two (2) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.

Can I use my MyLotto Rewards® account to log-in for this promotion?

Your login information will work across the entire Ohio Lottery site and mobile app.

What do I do if I cannot remember my password?

Click the “I forgot my password” link on the login page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log into your MyLotto Rewards® account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.

How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?

Click on MY ACCOUNT and select the My Profile option in the left-hand menu bar and make your changes.
