Questions about your MyLotto Rewards™ Account

What if I already have an Ohio Lottery online account?
Your login information will work across the entire Ohio Lottery site. When you first log in to MyLotto Rewards™ however, you will be asked to fill out some additional information to create your account.

How do I change my password?
You can update your password through your My Profile page, located under My Account.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Click the “I forgot my password” link on the login page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log into your MyLotto Rewards™ account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.

Questions about the Holiday Bonus Promotion

Which instant tickets are eligible?
All eligible non-winning OH Lottery Holiday themed (347-351) instant tickets that you purchase during the sales period of the game are eligible. One ticket is required per entry.

What is the promotional period?

Are there any prizes for ticket entry?
Yes, you may win Entries into the current drawing or get a chance to win Cash Prizes.

Can I enter the drawings more than one time?Yes, you may enter the drawing as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of an eligible non-winning OH Lottery Holiday themed (347-351) instant ticket that has not yet been submitted.

What happens to the entries that are not drawn in the first drawing? Are they included in the second drawing?
No. Entries submitted during the entry period for the first drawing will not be included in the second drawing.

How do I receive entries into the third drawing?
All players who played the interactive game will receive bonus entries which will be eligible into the third drawing for a chance to win the $20,000 prize. 

Can I throw away my tickets after submitting them into the drawings?
Yes, you may dispose of your tickets after verifying that your entry has been submitted.

How can I see the number of entries I submitted into a drawing?
Go to My Account page and click on the Drawing Entries page. You'll find all the details for each drawing you've entered, including drawing name, date entered, and number of entries.

Can I mail in my entries?
No, only internet entries are allowed.

Where is the entry code?
The entry code is the 13-digit Ticket Number located on the back of the ticket followed by the 10-digit Verification Number located on the front of the ticket under the latex. Ignore any spaces or dashes.

Can I still win Bonus Entries in to the Drawing even if I don’t play the Holiday Bonus Game?
The Holiday Bonus Game is only available immediately after submitting an eligible non-winning ticket. If you do not play the game at that time, either because you chose not to or because you had computer-related issues, you forfeit the opportunity to play. If you do not play the game, you will not be awarded any additional entries associated with your ticket. You can see any Bonus Entries won by checking the My Entries page. 

Questions about Winners

How will I be notified if I win the prize?
If your entry is selected, you will be sent a congratulatory letter with prize claiming directions, a claim form and a return envelope using the contact information in your player account so please make sure that all of your information is up-to-date. Following verification, the winner’s information will be posted on the Winners page.

Alternates will be selected during the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days of the date of first notification, an alternate may be used in the order drawn.
