ASHTABULA, OH – Kyle Hall of Ashtabula won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Triple Red 777.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hall will receive $14,400.
He purchased the winning ticket at Pilot Travel Center #002, located at 2246 State Route 45 in Austinburg.
