$1-million prize for Billion scratch-off sold in Mason

MASON, OH – Xian Lin Rong of Mason received a spring welcome, winning a $1-million prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $50 Billion scratch-off.
 
He purchased his winning ticket at Wal-Mart #1441, located at 5303 Bowen Drive in Mason.
                                                                                                          
Xian snagged the game’s second-tier prize, an annuity, paid as $50,000 a year for 20 years before taxes.  
 
As of May 18, the Ohio Lottery has 94 prizes of $1 million remaining in Billion, as well as other great prizes. Xian beat odds of 1 in 235,636 to win.
