CINCINNATI, OH – Lucretia Bowman of Cincinnati won the top prize of $100,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Multiply the Money.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Bowman will receive $72,000.
She purchased her winning ticket at Blue Ash BP, located at 6151 Pfeiffer Rd in Cincinnati.
