40th Anniversary Millions $10 Million Prize Claimed in Trust

CINCINNATI, OH - The final top prize of $10,000,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions has been claimed by the Austin Black Trust.

The winner chose the cash option prize of $5,000,000. After mandatory 28 percent state and federal taxes, the Austin Black Trust will receive $3,600,000.

Ameristop Food Mart #29051, located at 527 Sycamore St in New Richmond, sold the winning ticket.
