GALLOWAY, OH – Jamie Adkins Staten of Galloway won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Staten will receive $36,000.
They purchased their winning ticket at The Kroger Co. #623, located at 5800 W Broad St in Galloway.
