KETTERING, OH – Jeffrey Dey of Kettering won the top prize of $100,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Wild Cash Multiplier.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Dey will receive $72,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Dot’s Supermarket, located at 2274 Patterson Rd in Kettering.
