Columbus resident wins $20,000 on 40th Anniversary Millions

COLUMBUS, OH - Randall Wright of Columbus won $20,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.

After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Randall will receive $14,400.

He purchased his winning ticket at Circle K #5698, located at 1574 Kenny Rd in Columbus.
