MEDWAY, OH – Jean Hannaford of Medway won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $300 Million Diamond Dazzler.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hannaford will receive $14,400.
She purchased her winning ticket at SS Fairborn Carryout, located at 201 E Main St in Fairborn.
