URBANA, OH – Dustin Baltierrez of Urbana won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Baltierrez will receive $14,400.
He purchased his winning ticket at Vishwamit LLC, located at 4000 Springfield Xenia Rd in Springfield.
