$500,000 Black Ice prize sold in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI – David Browning of Cincinnati has a great spring ahead after winning a $500,000 top prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $10 scratch-off, Black Ice.

David purchased his winning ticket at Mount Carmel Exxon, located at 4248 Mount Carmel Tobasco Road in Cincinnati.

He will receive a check for approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. As of March 30, the Ohio Lottery has one top prize remaining in Black Ice, as well as other great prizes. David beat odds of 1 in 750,000 to win. The store receives a $5,000 sales bonus.
