OREGON, OH – Mohamed Daher of Oregon won the top prize of $1 million on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Millions. Daher chose the cash option of $500,000.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Daher will receive $360,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Homestead Variety, located at 3217 Seaman Rd in Oregon.
