CLEVELAND, OH - Delores Howard of Cleveland won $500,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Black Ice.
After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Delores will receive $360,000.
One Stop Sunoco #5, located at 15240 Triskett Rd in Cleveland, sold the winning ticket.
