Monroe Resident Wins $20,000 on $500,000 Cash

MONROE, OH – Justin Wolfe of Monroe won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $500,000 Cash.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Wolfe will receive $14,400.

He purchased his winning ticket at Sunoco, located at 1824 Oxford State Rd in Middletown.
