YOUNGSTOWN, OH – Gregory Sholtis of Youngstown won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Black Ice.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Sholtis will receive $14,400.
He purchased his winning ticket at Mill Run Exxon, located at 3880 Park Mill Run Dr in Hilliard.
