$20,000 Prize Won on $500,000 Taxes Paid in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH – Luz Serrano of Cleveland won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $500,000 Taxes Paid.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Serrano will receive $14,400.

She purchased her winning ticket at Quick Shop Mart, located at 4053 Marvin Ave in Cleveland.
