COLUMBUS, OH – Andrew Barlay of Columbus won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, MONOPOLY 200X.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Barlay will receive $36,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Hot Rods Foodmart, located at 1616 Coshocton Ave in Mount Vernon.
