$1-Million annuity top prize for Millions game won in Lima

LIMA, OH – Leonard Hoover of Lima is enjoying a $1-million annuity top prize win in the Ohio Lottery’s $30 Millions scratch-off.$30-Games/Millions

Leonard purchased his winning ticket at Allentown Duchess #1192, located at 2075 Allentown Road in Lima.

The $1-million annuity prize is paid as $40,000 a year for 25 years. Leonard chose the top prize’s $500,000 cash option payout and will receive a lump sum of approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. He beat odds of 1 in 254,545 to win. As of June 16, Millions has 38 top prizes remaining.
