Todd purchased his winning ticket at Woodlawn Food Market, located at 1910 Woodlawn Avenue NW in Canton.
As of March 31, the Ohio Lottery has nine prizes of $20,000 remaining in $300 Million Diamond Dazzler. Todd beat odds of 1 in 250,000 to win.
