$1-million Merry Millions prize won in Salem

SALEM, OH – Thomas Hendricks of Salem received a welcome surprise after winning a $1-million annuity top prize playing $20 Merry Millions. www.ohiolottery.com/Games/ScratchOffs/20DollarGames/Merry-Millions-1.
He purchased his winning ticket at Barnett’s Drive Thru, located at 31273 State Route 62 in Salem. Barnett’s Drive Thru will receive a $10,000 sales bonus.
Thomas chose the top prize’s $500,000 cash option and will receive approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. He beat odds of 1 in 866,667 to win. As of Feb. 26, Merry Millions has one $1-million top prize remaining.
