$50,000 Win on Millions in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH - Earl Burks of Cleveland won big on the Millions scratch-off. He won $50,000.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Earl will receive $36,000.

Earl purchased his winning ticket at Sahlani Brothers, Inc., located at 3161 Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights.
