$20,000 Win on $1,000,000 Black Titanium in Wooster

WOOSTER, OH – Lee Spencer of Wooster scratched his way to a big win. He won $20,000 playing $1,000,000 Black Titanium.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, he will receive $14,400.
Lee purchased his winning ticket at Dino’s Drive Thru, located at 429 East Liberty St. in Wooster.
