$20,000 Black Ice prize won in Lima

LIMA, OH – Victoria Baldridge of Lima is enjoying some smooth sailing after winning $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 scratch-off, Black Ice. She will receive a check for $14,400 after federal and state tax withholdings. 

Victoria purchased her winning ticket at Clark, located at 3550 East Bluelick Road in Lima.

As of Feb. 8, the Ohio Lottery has 21 prizes of $20,000 remaining in Black Ice, as well as other great prizes. Victoria beat odds of 1 in 240,000 win.
