TOLEDO, OH - Raymond Cole of Oregon is celebrating a top prize win of $20,000 on Power Play Cashword.
After state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Raymond will receive $14,400.
Raymond purchased his winning ticket at Ridis #46, located at 4833 N. Summit St. in Toledo.
